Droid Zap started off as an app that was an exclusive feature hyped up by Verizon and Motorola. Since then Droid Zap has spread out to all android devices and iOS devices as well. Now the app Droid Zap 3.1 is getting a fresh look so that it may feel at home on new devices. Improved design, bolder colors, flooded with cards, and awesome imagery that brings the app to life. There is also a hovering action button floating with in the app.
This is the first update to hit the app since February. That being said Motorola has packed this update with new features. Users of the app can now receive zaps videos and pictures automatically upon launch. Links can be shared on iOS and Android devices using motorola.com/zap.
Although the app is available for all devices but there are extra features for Verizon-exclusive Droid Turbo. Owners of Droid Turbo can zap photos from their gallery to a Chromecast, make photo sharing sessions using zap zones users can also zap pictures by voice commands.
